In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Cancellation Policy
At FloriFlora Florist, we carefully prepare each order using fresh, perishable flowers and, when needed, specially ordered blooms and materials. Because floral products require advance purchasing, design time, and preparation, the following cancellation policy applies to all pickup, delivery, wedding, event, and custom floral orders.
Everyday Floral Orders
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a full refund or store credit, less any nonrefundable special-order charges already incurred.
Cancellations made 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may be eligible for store credit or a partial refund. A cancellation or restocking fee may apply, depending on the flowers, supplies, and preparation already completed for the order.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are generally not eligible for a refund or store credit. At this stage, flowers may have already been purchased, conditioned, designed, or prepared specifically for the order.
Once an arrangement has been completed, prepared for pickup, or sent out for delivery, the order is nonrefundable. Any exception is at FloriFlora Florist’s discretion.
Weddings, Events, and Custom Orders
A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve wedding, event, and custom floral dates. This deposit secures your date and covers planning, consultation time, design preparation, and the initial commitment of resources.
If a wedding, event, or custom order is cancelled, payments may be retained to cover flowers, supplies, rentals, labor, administrative time, and other costs already ordered, purchased, prepared, or committed on your behalf.
Cancellations received before flowers and materials have been purchased may be eligible for a partial refund of amounts paid beyond the nonrefundable deposit, less any expenses already incurred.
Once flowers, hard goods, rental items, or other materials have been ordered or purchased, those costs are nonrefundable.
If cancellation occurs close to the event date, including after floral production has begun, no refund may be available. Final balances, cancellation terms, and any event-specific deadlines stated in your signed proposal or contract will take precedence.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment whenever possible. Please allow several business days for processing; your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
